Orange County housing market shows promising signs

Finding good news amidst all the negative press about the housing market has been difficult this year until now.  The Orange County Register reported this week that housing demand was up 23% over last year this time.  Judging from the number of comments that report received on the Lansner blog, this has been by far the most hotly debated news of the week.  For those looking for positive spins on the market, we thought we’d give you some other rays of light in the news these days:
